INFA Group executed an investment agreement
On 21st June 2006 INFA Group executed an investment agreement with one of the major and most qualified Italian Private Equity Funds ? Investitori Associati ? who became the major shareholder of the group.

This operation will provide INFA with the necessary resources to promote a development programme securing and reinforcing its position in the API world.
